Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Imposter mobile application (the "App") operated by us.

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.

1. Purchases and Subscriptions

A. Pro Features

You may purchase a subscription ("Pro") to unlock additional features, such as unlimited AI generations, ad-free experience, and exclusive categories.

B. Billing

Subscriptions are billed through your mobile platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). You are subject to their specific payment terms and conditions.

C. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. We do not offer refunds directly; all refund requests must be handled by the respective store.

2. AI-Generated Content

The App uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate game categories and words.

• Accuracy: We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is always accurate, appropriate, or offensive-free, though we implement safety filters.
• Usage: You agree not to use the AI generation feature to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Imposter and its licensors.

4. Links to Other Web Sites

Our App may contain links to third-party web sites or services (e.g., ads) that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Imposter, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
